An energetic system
"Chakra' is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel. It refers to a series of energy centers in our bodies that receive and transmit energy in the world around us. There are 8 core chakras we work with in Reiki Ryoho, although working with the Chakras was not part of Usui Sensei's system. We become aware of them through our connection firstly to colors, to the rainbow and then through the feelings we have in our body.
You will learn a basic knowledge of what the system is in your first degree training, and as we progress through the degrees, you will discover more about it. We offer a few ways to gain more experience with this system and to deepen your understanding of its importance.
An Introduction to The Chakras
A beginning look at what they are, what they do and what does it all mean. Learn what each one signifies, how to recognize which Chakra you are needing to pay attention to and how to begin the balancing of them.

Healing with The Chakras
Get a deeper understanding of how to use your knowledge of the Chakras to further your healing. When you add Reiki to this class, your potential for transforming your healing is amazing. We'll teach you some balancing techniques for the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of these amazing energy centres. This class focuses on a healing path with the Chakras as the core.

Chakra Intensive
Take this full day class and dive right down to the 'root of the system'! We'll spend the whole day examining each Chakra, asking questions, doing meditations and balancing each one. Led by Shihan Robert and Lorie Saito, you'll learn how to use your energy field to manifest a balanced mind and body and from there, you canconciously manifest your life of choice. This is a full day class. It will deepen your training as a Reiki self healer or practitioner.
